I love me some Masters golf… and I love me some Bubba Watson. How rad is that pic of Bubba as a kid with a mullet? How ’bout them shorts?! YES! I swear I had those shorts. What’s crazy? GOTCHA is still a company. Unreal.
Every year when Masters comes around, I feel a bit like a broken record, so I’ll just copy/paste what I wrote two years ago:
I love the Masters. We get a lot of questions about our blog name, LobShots, and if it has anything to do with golf, tennis, water polo or some other weird sport. The answer is always the same…no. However, cheers to the one week out of the year we’re totally cool with being associated with golf. Again, I love the Masters. Most of our readers probably take the Happy approach to the Masters… “green jacket, gold jacket…who gives a sh*t?” Well, we do.
This year is no different… although I love Mickelson and would love to see the hometown Lefty take home the jacket, Bubba has emerged as my favorite golfer. If not one of them, I certainly love me some Tiger drama… If he wins, then he’ll be back for realsies, right?
