Like a thief in the night… the Angels came in and swooped up Prince Albert. 10 years, $250 mill. Oh, and then there’s that tiny little C.J. Wilson signing for 5 years, $75 mill. Story here. Just dropped the freakin’ sledge hammer on the AL West. (see what I did there?) How stoked is C.J. Wilson too? Last time he’ll have to intentionally walk Pujols.
Maybe this will light a fire under the ass of the Padres to bring in a big bat… haha. Good one! It won’t. It will inspire the Dodgers though once they get a new owner… the NL West has that to look forward to.
