This Has to be Considered Child Abuse, Right?

I feel bad for this little guy. He doesn’t stand a chance in life. I know this “RADR4LF” license plate is supposed to mean, “Raider for life,” but I gotta feeling this dude is going to be on the Oakland police departments “Radar for life.” Zing! Right? Zing? No? Too soon? I’m sorry. I’m done.
